Foraging the Forgotten Coast

Working with southern chef Chris Hastings, we designed an experiential foodie tour (“Foraging the Forgotten Coast”) to elevate perceptions of this sleeper region of the “Sunshine State,” enticing guests to the coastal resort with the promise of their being able to follow fresh ingredients from source to table via encounters with local food purveyors.  The program was launched with writer visits then rolled out to consumers.
