600 West

A dramatic riverside structure in West Chicago, 600 West was the Montgomery Ward warehouse before it was gut renovated for high tech office use. The building is as large (in horizontal floors) as the Sears Tower is in high rise floors! The agency’s task was to create a sense of urgency about this huge opportunity and promote its neighborhood as the city’s newest hip destination for emerging high tech industries. Direct mail, e-mail and transportation were used to get the message across.
